How do extra locations affect pricing?

Standard includes 1 location. Additional locations are +₹1,000 / month each. High-volume plans are scoped per network.

What happens if we exceed message caps?

We’ll notify you at 80% usage. Overages are billed at ₹150 / 100 messages, or we can right-size your plan.

Are WhatsApp/Meta fees included?

No—API & conversation fees are billed separately by your BSP/Meta directly to your venue.

Do POS/KDS integrations cost extra?

Basic preorder via WhatsApp is included. Direct POS/KDS integrations are available as paid projects.
